- When preparing for your Kilimanjaro climb, it’s essential to consider a few additional pickup details to ensure a smooth start to your adventure. Travelers will be picked up from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) upon arrival and transferred to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha, depending on your itinerary. Please look out for a guide holding a sign with your name at the arrivals terminal. Ensure your luggage is easily identifiable and securely packed, as you will need to access specific gear quickly. Additionally, provide your flight details to the tour operator in advance to coordinate timely pickups and avoid any delays.
